We offer licensed, full-service property management services for single-family, small multi-family, and commercial properties in the Salem area and the Mid-Willamette Valley. Our management services handle all aspects of managing rental real estate from unit turnovers, advertising, and leasing to rent collection, managing tenant complaints, regular property maintenance, and coordinating emergency repairs. Our goal is to provide you, the owner, with hassle-free, profitable rental property.

Fees
We believe a healthy property management relationship should be a win-win for both the property owner and the manager. Our fee structure is completely transparent and is set up so that we make money only when you as the owner are getting value; by doing this, we are incentivized to work toward what is truly in your best interest—when you succeed, we succeed. We feel strongly that this aligning of goals and interests is critical for client satisfaction.

Property Maintenance
As a sister company of Kaufman Homes, Inc., we have strong relationships with the construction industry and benefit from working regularly with a vetted pool of subcontractors and vendors. Reliable, quality subcontractors and in-house access to maintenance technicians (through Kaufman's Home Maintenance) allow us to ensure that the properties under our care are being maintained properly so that they can continue to provide lasting value to you as the owner.

History
While we had managed our own portfolio of investment real estate for many years, Double K Property Management was launched in 2022 in order to begin managing rental real estate for other local property owners. We continue to manage a small portfolio of properties for a handful of Salem and Silverton-area clients. We would love to get to know you and see if our services would be a good fit!
